Notable is the first award to be bestowed to Cannes favorite, and perhaps Oscar-potential for Best Actress for Tilda Swinton for We Need to Talk About Kevin, the third feature from acclaimed filmmaker Lynne Ramsay (Morvern Caller, Ratcatcher) that also stars John C.
